Mystery/romance
Set in the east coast, NY, CN, NJ, this story was about a couple friends who got tied up in a crime scene murder as inadvertent witnesses. Negative events followed but were resolved in the end.
Like reading slap stick comedy scrip
I started the book, became bored, put it away but decided to pick it up again because I have enjoyed other books by the author. It never got better. The characters were just too sappy and silly. The main three characters are portrayed as smart, hard working, business minded, creative adults. However they operated on the emotional level of 6 year olds. Even for fiction it was just too much of a disconnection.

Seriously, this book was so stupid I can’t believe I actually finished it.
