Romance and Adventure at Sea
After losing the woman he loved to his twin when he was nineteen, Gavin left home hurt and angry. During the next seven years he went to sea, actually he became a pirate. When part of his crew mutinied, he is injured and makes his way home. Instead of his brother, he found Josephine, his brother’s betrothed, in Griffin’s bedroom. When he leaves, he takes Josie with him, and steals one of her brother’s ships. Josie has always wanted a life of freedom and adventure. She holds her own with Gavin and fits well with the crew. This is an exciting pirate adventure. There is mutiny, chasing the mutineers, revenge, kidnapping a damsel, being chased by her family, and his, and a pirate who finds the treasure he can’t give up. Will Gavin find Beauchamp and retake his ship? What is in the future for Gavin and Josie, for Griffin? A swoon-worthy hero, a beautiful feisty heroine, and a romance on the high seas.
