Great book to a new way of thinking

Totally needed this book. I wrote down objectives to read every day…yes, I know the lists…but I am thinking in a more healthy way…and knowing I am not responsible for my children…even if they get angry over it! Totally helped me and totally recommend this book! And the charts are great!
