I received a complimentary copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
This was a charming read. It had a basis of faith underlying the plot. I adored the characters. They seemed so life-like. I also loved having the story in a dual POV format. Seeing that glimpse into both of the characters' thoughts really made them more easily understandable and human. They were both conflicted and stubborn and just so lovable.
These two are newly married. Tom's family is grounded in love and faith. Abby is from a highly dysfunctional one. In fact, her parents between them had 7 different marriages. What makes the newly married couple life more stressful, Abby works with her negative-minded mother.
After a month of being separated, these two join his family on a cruise. The family is celebrating Tom's grandparents 60th anniversary. This charming tale can be read by everyone. I so enjoyed this book that I was completely saddened to finish it.
I highly recommend this book to anyone!
