Customer Reviews
Just what I needed!
I know many chords and multiple voicings, but playing melodic lines has always been a challenge for me. My brain just hasn't understood the relationship between frets and across strings in the same way that I've been able to play melodies across a keyboard. In this book I've found the information I need to practice for melodies and solos, which will make me a much better player.
Really made me think
As an old beginner guitarist I love the challenge of this book! I had to go over the passages several times but I honestly feel that it helped me progress at a faster rate than just taking lessons. I find it difficult to believe that with the help of this book, I have written my fist song, Woo Hoo! Thanks for putting this together. But I am still having issues with scales.
Page Turner!
This book will get you on the steep part of the "S" curve for improving guitar play. Better, it's a breezy read and you learn fast, fun & friction-free.
