Doryman

After a raucous night, Red, a Newport Beach dory fisherman, ventures into the open sea to fish for the morning fish market on the beach. Running late in the pre-dawn morning, he ponders his future as he motors out to the Newport Trench off the Southern California coast to set his lines. Seasonal Santa Ana winds blow in, adding to Red’s difficulties.
