    Delicious recipes!

    You know how you can tell that you’re going to love a cookbook from the first recipe you try? That is how I am feeling after making the Root Chakra Soup and Grain-Free Naan today. This beautiful cookbook is well-written and educational about Ayurvedic principles. The recipes are clear and easy to follow, and the photos are just gorgeous. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in cooking and eating truly nourishing and delicious food.

    Feeling Fresh! I happened upon this book at just the right time!

    A few weeks ago I finally made the decision to go vegan. It’s been a work in progress over several years but through a series of events, I knew it was time. Whilst searching for more ways to eat vegan without the vegan junk food, I came upon Sahara Rose’s books. I’ve dabbled in Ayurveda for years but it was too difficult for me to make the leap. Overnight, this has become my new best friend as I deepen my commitment to my own health and dharma as well as the vibration of the planet.
    Truly a blessing for any vegan!
