If you only read 1 more diet book your whole life let it be this one. Combines researching thousands of existing studies with using foods to heal in his own practice. No agenda other than what is best for our bodies right now. Changed my life. Not a fad like dukan, Atkins, zone, south beach. Comprehensive and life changing with not only weight loss but health, vitality and freedom from disease.
This book is an absolute must read for everyone! My dad recommended it to me and I read it in a week. I'm 23 years old and about 30-40 lbs overweight. After reading the book, I started eating a simple diet that followed the guidelines and within the first week, I've already lost 5 lbs and I'm loving what I am eating!
