Icy Grooves ,

Great book to begin your spiritual journey

I have read many books by this author and this is one of my favorites and would be a perfect introductory (and life-long) book to study. Devoting a life to improve oneself to help others more and more effectively--that's this book and this amazing Buddhist tradition's objective. The book is about Geshe Langri Tangpa and his eight verses that can lead one to happiness. Bravo!!
