A very exciting book!
Tabi is attacked. Rescue comes in the form of the handsome doctor she’s been admiring from afar. Duncan brings her to his home to recuperate in safety.
The heady attention of two handsome men gives Tabi a new outlook on life. The danger is not gone, however. Sacrifices must be made to save lives. Tabi is a brave young woman; she takes in her new situation with few reservations. The story has lots of thrills, and searing heat! Be prepared.

Meh. Really good story with lots of potential but not enough time spent on character development and relationship building. With those elements the sex would have been hot, hot. Without them it comes off as gratuitous and shallow. And really, from vampire fledgling to ninja warrior 'overnight'?? A shame, really, as the story is quite good.

In love... And always w the bad guys mucking up the works. But the good ‘guys’ find each other. Susan Hayes writes grreat stories. 😍
