It’s all here, from growing up in Queens to his global adventures as the host of the fun, loose cooking series F*ck, That’s Delicious, with honest insights about the reality of being a big guy woven throughout. We were fascinated by Bronson’s past as a serious bodybuilder (with an equally serious steroid habit) and his early struggles as an unknown rapper. But the main story is his passionate love of food, from fine dining to late-night street tacos—which becomes a major problem when his weight reaches 363 pounds. Bronson is a funny, streetwise storyteller whose sky-high confidence and charm is balanced by relatable self-doubt. The lessons he’s learned are valuable, as is his recipe for a somewhat-healthier chicken parm. Pick this up for a fun, inspiring read!

AB takes you on a wide, whirling narration which may have you like “bish what?”, but rereading is learning and you’ll gain more insight on what he truly communicating if you didn’t catch it the first time

Helped get into reading again. Action is a dope bro. Love his music and get a aspect on how he lives his life. We ain’t perfect, he’s a human just like us. Perfect book to dust the webs off an older reader, will re-read again in the future.
