Farwell v. Keaton

1. Where a plaintiff is unsuccessful in an action against one tortfeasor and brings a subsequent action for the same injury against a second tortfeasor, the second tortfeasor is barred by the verdict in the first action from bringing an action for contribution against the first, nonnegligent, tortfeasor.
