Father Grumbler

Once upon a time there lived a man who had many children. He worked hard to provide his family. According to this, he was always angry and nagging, so the dwellers of the village called him “Father Grumbler”. He found it dull to sit so many hours by himself, thinking of nothing but how to pay the rent that was owing, and as the tavern across the road looked bright and cheerful, he walked in one day and sat down with his friends. He decided that he was needed in changes and went to see a Holy Man. Only Holy Man can tell him why all the luck was for other people, and only misfortunes happen to the poor man. What happened next?
