Seventeen Ministries and Divisions had been transferred in three phases. We have yet to see the qualified and experienced officials manning or taking over those devolved ministries in Balochistan. There was a consensus among the political parties on the issue of autonomy inside the Parliament extending their full cooperation to abolish the controversial Concurrent List retaining only two lists the Federal List and Provincial List for legislating laws in their respective domain.
