What a wild ride!
What a wild ride! Caristonia has struggled with her health and the actions of her twin sister, causing her to take time off from the family circus to get away and relax. Through the circus she meets Slone, a single dad that is helping his buddies by working at the circus as a type of security for the family. When it’s time for Caristonia’s next vacation, Slone offers the suggestion that she come with him and spend time together, and she agrees and jumps at the opportunity to get to know both him and his daughter better. I loved the relationship that she builds with Slone’s daughter, and how she really trusts him with the reality of the family that looks close from the outside, but inside has so many flaws and concerns. I’m really intrigued to see where LLV takes Hades’ storyline, especially in relation to Caristonia!

Great addition to the series
Sloan and Ari are another fabulous addition to this series!
Sloan, a professional football player and single dad, may seem familiar to die hard Lani readers.
Ari and her twin have an unusual relationship. It’s tested and Ari needs a break from her family’s circus.
Sloan feels something for Ari and decides he wants more time with her so he comes up with a plan to get to know her. He learns she’s medically complicated and super smart. He and his daughter quickly fall for her. But there’s many bumps in the road to their HEA.
Can’t wait for the next book in this fabulous series!
The Kind of Wild & Crazy That Only Lani Can Write
The Singh family, and their circus, is never short on action, drama, and the farthest out happenings, and I am totally here for it. Y'all, this series, like all of Lani's, is wild. It's the kind of read that makes you think, "This is crazy, how in the world did she dream this up?!" and keep eagerly flipping the pages.
FREAK SHOW is Caristonia's and Slone's book, and if you thought that FUN HOUSE (Book 1) was shenanigan central (it was), this one is not far behind. Hijinks, sibling rivalry, really smart kids, and found family figure strongly in FREAK SHOW, and I loved every minute of it. Next up is SHOW OFF, Hades's (yes, you read that correctly) and Hannibal's books, and I cannot wait to see what Lani has in store for us with that one. Jump in now and get all caught up, because you are not going to want to miss one adventure with the Singh family. ❤️
