Customer Reviews
Gleanings is extraordinary.
If I had to read just one book for the rest of my life, Gleanings would be it. The beauty of the concepts and their application to everyday life, plus their implications for the life of society, are simply extraordinary. If these teachings were lived by more people each year, we might have a chance at not just surviving as a species but thriving as a just, compassionate and unified society.
Best source of Inspiration
While this selection of Writings of Bahaullah (1817-1892), the prophet founder of the Baha'i Faith, is a great source for seekers to learn about the fundamentals of this new Faith, it is extremely inspirational, regardless of what your beliefs are. It perfectly makes sense for the present time. For instance he strongly encourages his believers to “Consort with the followers of all religions in a spirit of friendliness and fellowship.”
