Easy read, doable hacks
Having worked in clinical research, I dont usually pay attention to claims of cures and medical hacks. Unless backed by randomised, double-blinded, placebo controlled clinical trials, Or at the very least there is a credible scientific explanation. This book works for me. I am a confirmed pre-diabetic, even though I try to go on low carb, low sugar diets, and I exercise almost daily. I also find it difficult to lose weight. Let me see now if this works.
