I love most things about the book
I love all aspects of the Method and expect to continue the hacks always. The only thing I dislike is that the recipes are SO Californian. Or Northern! They are definitely not palatable to anyone in the southern states. We don’t even know what tahini is, and none of us have ever thought about eating tofu or craved pesto or avocados. Gag! We want greens and beans, tomatoes, and melons. I do love the author’s personality that shows through on every page! I’d love to know this lady in real life, like if she were a sister, a friend or a neighbor. I’m 81 years old, was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, so she has changed my life forever and I’m appreciative. Not only that, she’s a real jewel and was sweet enough to water the plants!

Recipes for low glucose meals
Builds off of her previous book, so recommend reading that first if you haven’t already. It’s mostly recipes that go along with the hacks taught in the first book. I’ve already tried a few recipes and they’ve been great! Something for every taste, as well as color pictures to go with each.
