It is temping at first but unwise to assume Candace Shapiro is yet another Bridget Jones. Overall liked the main character and the way the story was written
I felt some things to be exaggerated like how people either loved Nifkin or hated him, and how taking care of him was so straightforward when Cannie was in the hospital.
The last hundred pages or so felt different from the beginning of the book, kind of like they were rushed or written but not reviewed as thoroughly.
Good in bed
So much more than fluffy chick lit. Weiner does not disappoint. Great read- funny, touching, well developed characters. Great read!
Must Read
Read the whole thing in one day. Characters are relatable, funny and the story is unpredictable. Jennifer Weiner is an incredible writer! Love all of her books; this one is my favorite. Must read!!
