GC's Short - true to the HERO

Nice transition piece, this short is.
I'm hooked on the H.E.R.O. series, have consumed all previous books to this 1st short, and hope that Kevin's writing outpaces my reading - LOVE IT!

Kevin adds depth and individual character to each Hero and much of the reader's delight is due to the changing perspectives telling the story. Gatecrasher is a macho, militaristic brawny super, tough meat and potatoes good guy coming out of a wild few weeks during which he lost an arm and found himself surrounded by a bunch of new, young and diverse power beings, good and bad. This little getaway gives both reader and hero a quick respite and a bit more insight.

Next - Silverlash's short!
