1. The trial court did not err in denying post-trial motions for JNOV, remittitur or, in the alternative, for a new trial on the ground of excessive damages. 2. The jury's verdict of $53,000 for value of lost working time to date of trial and $121,000 for future medical expenses and loss of future earning capacity was supported by sufficient evidence.
