Ronan and Sanaa have know each other since they were teenagers, but haven’t seen each other in ten years. When they meet again they end up in a very dangerous situation. This book has all the excitement and intrigue I have come to expect from this author. I never want to put these books down. Her story’s always take you on an intense journey with these alpha heroes. The tension between Sanaa, Ronan, and his brother leapt off the page for me. Although I didn’t like the dynamic between Sanaa and Vance (I didn’t like him at all), overall I really enjoyed this read.
Ronan is kinda cute
Umm, Ronan. Well, I did like the usual frequent but brief appearances of Andre, Ty, Harm, Tyler, Talon and introducing Adam and Vance from the Alpha Elite Services. The way I read about Ronan’s story, I thought he was like Neil Christiansen, somewhat cold but an effective warrior of some sort because he was an former bomb disposal expert from the Marine Corps. Even though he made a brief appearance in Shameless, he was pretty kind and decent interacting with Summer. Who knew he was an silent Dominant man? I cared less about his past involvement with his former high school sweetheart, Sanaa. Yeah I didn’t like this book either.
Heartless
Intense, dark, and needy beyond your imagination for sure! All these characters were so surreal and unbelievable that your imagination could not contain. Great reads and thanks to the author.
