    The total guide to heavy bag training!

    This book is far more than the lists and lists of workouts that some people seem to be wanting. Yes it has the very essential sections on combinations and training schedules which alone are worth the purchase price if the advise is followed and performed as described.

    More than that though is the VERY essential instructions for choosing your bag, gloves, when to use wraps, applications for the heavy bag, how to hang the bag(very often done incorrectly), footwork, techniques and vitally important how to actually hit the bag properly!

    The heavy bag is absolutely unforgiving when you try power punching incorrectly, read everything, absorb it and put it into practice. I recommend this book for anyone who will use the heavy bag-fitness enthusiasts, Karatekas, MMA fighters or just someone looking for a good workout. I recommend everything about this book, including the Author's other products referenced from time to time within the book, all of which have proven to be worth their weight in gold self defense wise!
