Publisher Description
At 44 Licking Pike in Wilder, Kentucky... just across the river from Cincinnati, Ohio... lies, what has been called "the most haunted place in America." Bobby Mackey's Music World, a country/western bar and nightclub, is well known for it's mechanical bull. It is better known for more violent encounters with spirits than anywhere else in the US. Visitors and staff members report everything from poltergeist-like phenomena, to disembodied voices and laughter, to actual physical attacks by unseen forces. There are, on record, 29 sworn affidavits of sightings, several from police and clergy. Paranormal Investigator Doug Hensley was called in to determine the causes for the strange occurrences. Mr. Hensley, author of Hell's Gate, made some startling discoveries. Read America's most Documented Haunting, Hell's Gate.

Cool book
I have been interested in this haunting ever since seeing the Ghost Adventures episode about it. This author does a good job of explaining in detail the events that occurred there, and giving the historical context of the building itself. I recommend this to anyone wanting the full story of one of America’s supposed “most haunted locations”.
Good story, poor editing
I bought this book because I'm fascinated by the events at Bobby Mackey's, and the story (however accurate or sensationalized this author may have made it) did not disappoint. Whoever edited the book, though, should be fired - the entire book was littered with spelling, grammar, punctuation, and even word choice errors that would make a second grader blush. If you are easily distracted by a book's utter lack of proofreading like I am, this book will only annoy you. However, if you love a good ghost story, this is a good one to read.
