Customer Reviews
Decent Read
The trilogy is turning into a sextet as things get crazier in Washington. In part three of The Hangman series, more is revealed. Things are getting more complicated. And more bodies are turning up. Meanwhile, Jo and Jake are dealing with the stress of the case, coupled with emotions both of them would rather not feel. Especially since it hinders the work.
This one was a little bit more dramatic than the first two, in regards to all that was happening. A tiny bit distracting, but there is a point to it. A lot of the major players have come into the light, and it’s getting more interesting to see how the Hangman intends to play everything out. And if Jo and Jake will catch him before he finishes his game.
In full disclosure, I read this as an ARC in exchange for an honest review
The hangman book 4
I am tired of you not finishing the story
After a while it gets repetitious especially the sex scenes. Cut out the sex and finish the story
Psychological and Emotional
Now that we know who the Hangman is, we are stuck between grieving with him, and, honestly, rooting for him a little bit, and horror at what this man is truly capable of. Is the villain a bad guy? Are the good guys really heroes? And can Jake keep his foot out of his mouth for more that two sentences when it comes to Jo?
