Hidden current
Very good read. I always skim over parts that I don’t need to read every word such as the sexiness and violent parts but they are necessary to the storyline. I like these books.
Trigger Warning
Be careful. This book has serious triggers for trauma.
Horrid
I cannot imagine hoe his book has any positive reviews. At what point is brutal hideous rape and torture anything anyone wants to read. I am unable to continue the book and literally have had nightmares. Christine Feehan has such a great imagination and writing style that I am heartbroken she has to include such crap in her writing. I've read all of the dark series and decided to try this series. Through the dark there were several upsetting scenes but I skimmed or got past them. There were things about #6 in this series that left a bad taste in my mouth, however... This book, Hidden Currents, is over the top. Sorry if you don't like my review here but maybe she and her supporters need a little feedback. Although I was looking forward to the next Dark book, I will never again spend a single penny on a Christine Feehan book. Adding such negative garbage is not good for the psyche... :(
