This book is amazing. I loved the original but the new extended story is very well written and kept me wanting to read until the very end.
Holding Out For A Hero
Brantley and Adilynn's story was touching with sass and scorching hot chemistry. The things Adilyn had to go through will definitely have you rooting for things to change for the better. Adilynn and Luke's relationship was heartwarming. I absolutely loved this book, it was well written with some danger, family drama and a whole lot of love.
He takes everything I have and gives me everything in return.

Seriously, Brantley Marbury has just shot to the top of my all time favorite KL Donn men. He has so many different layers, and watching them all evolve over the course of his and Ady’s journey gave me so many moments of kicking my feet in happiness. I also loved his own personal growth, how he worked through his family issues. Brantley is a true protector for all those around him, but when he finds the woman that’s meant to be his all bets are off.
Ady James is so incredible. She hurt my heart early on in her story as we got to know her, but there was always an underlying strength about her. I appreciated the relationship between her and Brantley and the way it evolved and wasn’t hot and heavy from the start. She grew from a shy and timid girl, into her uncertainty and finally into her true self. Strong, sassy, and incredibly loyal to those around her. Her relationship with her brother broke my heart many times, it’s so hard to truly get across the heart and soul of relationships between siblings sometimes. But Ady and Luke’s relationship was so perfectly done. He was an amazing additive to the story and I loved watching him grow into a man with the help of Brantley and Ady.
That epilogue!!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, KL Donn is the queen of epilogues. You cannot go wrong with Brantley and Ady’s journey!
