Home Tears is seriously good. Tijan's talent is almost irritating. She nailed this one! -- Kylie Scott NYT Bestselling author
Dani’s survived a lot of sh*t storms.
Her mother died. Her two sisters loathed her. One aunt hated her. The other was strangely distant, but the worst storm—being dumped by her childhood best friend/high school boyfriend/first love for her younger sister.
There went the one person who was hers and with that, the main reason she stuck around. So, she left for ten years. But now she’s back, and nothing’s the same.
With help from Jonah Bannon, a reformed—kind of—bad boy she remembers from high school, Dani uncovers family secrets that have spanned generations. And along with those, she’s about to face the biggest sh*t storm of her life.
Only this time, she may not survive.
**Full-length standalone.

Hmmmm
I love Tijan but this is more of an earlier, transitional work of hers. It took me a lot of effort to get into and to finally understand. So if you’re willing to put the work in, I think you might like this one. It’s just a lot different from her more recent cool stuff.
Good. But disappointed
I LOVE Tijan! But this book just didn’t do it for me. The entire time I was reading it, I kept forgetting that I was reading a book that Tijan wrote. Don’t get me wrong it was a good book but I expected so much more.
Uggh!
I almost gave up reading this book halfway through. However, my stubbornness won and I finished this horrible book. I am Very disappointed!!! I agree with the other reader about this not being a “Tijan” book. Don’t waste your time and money.
