The first family of private investigations find themselves embroiled in a thirty-year-old mystery, complete with a haunted forest, a paranoid town, and a bakery called Bread Pitt.

When the body of an unidentified female is discovered in Grimlow Forest, three decades after another mysterious death, the Mayor of Latnem-by-the-Sea reaches out to the Honeysuckle Goodwillies. They are called in to solve the mystery that has blighted the town for so long and in doing so unearth secrets that have long remained hidden.

Can the Honeysuckle Goodwillies solve the mystery of Grimlow Forest or will they too become victims of the town's past?

More importantly, is Latnem-by-the-Sea ready for them?
