Hormonal and Dangerous

You and your lovely lady will be dealing with her hormonal cycles as long as you are together. She will cycle every month until menopause and then sporadically during menopause. Eventually it will end. 


Until then, she and you both need to survive with as little emotional pain and damage as possible. 


Depending on her emotional stress in any given month, her hormones will ebb and flow in relation to the stresses. Together, the two of you need to plan for her cycles. You need to strategize and problem solve together ahead of time because while she’s in it is not always the best time to have such a discussion.


As a psychologist I often helped men learn to survive these hormonal fluctuations. This little book is my one attempt at humorous writing. I hope you enjoy it and find it helpful.
