I enjoyed this book very much. Fast read and the characters were really intriguing. I think this story would make a great movie. I picture George Clooney playing the lead. 👍👍
Fast paced, unique medical thriller.
If you like medical thrillers and if you like mafia stories, you will love the John Cesari series! I couldn’t put Hostile Hospital down and, upon completing it, I immediately moved on to the next book in the series and you will too. Dr. Avanzato has carved a unique and fun niche with this likable protagonist. As a practicing physician, I really appreciate the medical accuracy as well share the author’s workman’s view of medicine. This story is so much beyond medicine as it explores the dark world of organized crime from the perspective of a physician desperately trying to escape his past.
