The book reads like a High school report. Grammar and spelling errors are frequent. The gist of the book can be surmised from reading anyone of several running preparatory books on the subject. Personal storied make it interesting but the guts of the books training are the references to other people's work. Joining a running group with a coaching staff focused on Boston Qualifying would be a better investment.
