Great read
This was a great read! It kept you engaged and I loved that both characters were strong. Like a lot of other people said I could definitely do without all the cuss words. While is some situations I am ok with a few, I do not need excessive amounts, nor extreme vulgar amounts.

Prairie Heat by Tessa Layne is book number one in the Cowboys of the Flint Hills series. This is cowboy Blake Sinclaire and scientist Maddie Hansen's story.
I loved this book from the start. This a great start for this series. I can't believe this is the writer's first book. Wow, the secrets and the steamy romance kept me on the edge of my seat. Once I started this book I couldn't put it down until I finished it.
I fell in love with Blake and Maddie. This is an extremely fun, steamy, and sensual romance with so many secrets. The supporting characters were great too. I can't wait for the next book in this series. FYI, includes mature content.
Heart of a cowboy
I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to reading the rest of the series. I loved the dirty talk and spicy scenes. If “crass” language offends you, then maybe this book isn’t for you. But I highly recommend this book if you like books with spice and a plot. I don’t think the author needs or should change anything with the way she writes her books. But then that’s just my opinion!
