Star Butterscotch doesn’t know what to make of it when her boss, Nick Rudolph, fires her. She’s not done anything wrong really, but he tells her to look at it as a chance to do what she really wants to do: her tree decorating business. This also gives Nick the freedom to do what he really wants to do: romance the woman of his dreams since she’s no longer get his employee. A fun holiday romance.
Extremely cute story about a Christmas tree decorator
Both the hero and the heroine didn’t have the best childhoods. The story starts off with the hero firing the heroine right after she passes her probation period. She gets 6 months of severance and benefits. He makes sure that tons of people hire her for their Christmas trees. It’s a sweet Alexa Riley book.
