INGA — the Integrated Networked Governance Architecture — is the most accurate name for what the evidence reveals: a self-reinforcing system of government funding, private dark money, foreign capital, and union dues that sustains and coordinates large-scale protest activity across borders, without central command and without public accountability.
This seven-part investigation traces the architecture from a small East London research collective called the Movement Research Unit through Progressive International, the AFL-CIO's billion-dollar government-funded Solidarity Center, the Arabella dark money network, and Amalgamated Bank — whose use of union pension assets to fund political operations may constitute fraud against the workers who never consented to it.
Includes primary source evidence — among it an internal AFL-CIO planning document establishing that the same organisation co-ordinating street protests in 2020 was simultaneously running a five-phase electoral operation through Inauguration Day.
