Publisher Description

The world has fallen in love with Nick Gautier and the Dark-Hunters.

Now Nick's saga continues in the next eagerly anticipated volume...

Go to school. Get good grades. Stay out of trouble. That's the mandate for most kids. But Nick Gautier isn't the average teenager. He's a boy with a destiny not even he fully understands. And his first mandate is to stay alive while everyone, even his own father, tries to kill him.

He's learned to annihilate zombies and raise the dead, divination and clairvoyance, so why is learning to drive and keep a girlfriend so dang hard? But that isn't the primary skill he has to master. Survival is.

And in order to survive, his next lesson makes all the others pale in comparison. He is on the brink of becoming either the greatest hero mankind has ever known.

Or he'll be the one who ends the world. With enemies new and old gathering forces, he will have to call on every part of himself to fight or he'll lose everyone he cares about.

Even himself.

Highly recommended

This book deals with some very deep issues. Bullying and suicide to name a couple. More enemies are coming out of the woodwork after Nick. Now 15 years old he should only be worried about dating and learning to drive, but he is instead trying to fight those out to use his powers. They want those dark powers and the only way to control them is to turn Nick evil and control him. This is another great read and I can’t wait to find out how things will turn out.

It's official...my new best author is...Sherrilyn Kenyon

I tried to hate this book...I really did, but I couldn't. It just wouldn't allow it. It might be Nick forcing me to write this under his spell. Lol! But seriously I love the way the book flows, you don't get thrown into anything without seeing it coming which is good in a way since the author travels back and forth throughout time but she does it in a way that leads you up to it. The characters are great and you end up really fighting for Nick! I love this Author!
