Infected

All of Tia's worst fears are coming true. She knew that she could one day turn crazy and seek to destroy the very dragon she has fought so hard to keep alive, but she didn't expect the mental infection to hit her so soon. There isn't time to fight with her dragon. She needs to help Jack find a way to put the prince on the throne when they have limited magic, unlike the evil spellcaster. There's also the matter with her complicated love life. If only she could focus! Her new teacher thinks she's hopeless, but Tia has to try even if her trusted sources all have secret agendas of their own. If Tia can't find the cure, her soul is going to be torn in two.  

Jack tries to help Tia with her struggles, but he can't escape the feeling that he's part of the cause. Even with the setbacks, Jack is determined to follow his heart toward magic, a crown, and guarded information so he can stop the fake king who has secretly cursed and silenced more than they knew. However, some evils are too strong to fight, and it might already be too late to save everyone.
