Awesome Yoga Resource

Clear and concise alignment instructions. A resource I use reguraly to help articulate poses in my own body as well in my in my teaching. Darren has clearly spent a lot of time to create this work that supports optimal sequeunceing of aligmnet instructions. I have found it helps me reduce unnecessary instructions and has greatly improved my teaching.

Inform your flow is not only full of direct detailed information about so many poses, it is also full of experience based gems about each pose, beautiful clear photos of each poses and many additional photos of pose variations as well as similar poses that help make sequencing connections. An invaluable resource for any teacher/student.
