Perfect for me (5 stars)
My teacher John Travis gave me this Nada meditation in the summer of 2012 saying that some 10% of practitioners have trouble with the breath as a meditation object. I am definitely one of these 10% and this Nada sound meditation really really helped me 'get' meditation. Helped me relax and stop 'doing' and start receiving. This book beautifully clarifies the practice with this wonderful object. Thank you Ajahn Amaro and Ajahn Sumedo!
