But in the first few hours or weeks that follow, there’s one important truth you need to recognize: Some things can’t and shouldn’t be fixed, especially that loser who dumped you or forced you to dump him. It’s called a breakup because it’s broken, and starting right here, right now, it’s time to dry your tears, put down that pint of ice cream, log out of his email, and open this book to chapter one—and start turning your breakup into a breakover.

This book really helped me through a difficult time. It confirmed what deep down I knew to be truth but reading it and seeing the words on the wall so to speak was invaluable. Wish my ex could read it too. It may help him through this immense time as well. Blunt, honest, supportive, and solid... Even fun. You owe it to yourself to read.

This book told me everything I already knew, but was very helpful reading it in the way it was written. Made me feel so much better about myself. While I’m still not over my breakup I definitely feel more confident and content. I am not going to let the pain make me a hermit.

The best!

This is hands on the best book I have read regarding a breakup. It is very straight forward. It targets everything you think of and hoping happens during a breakup, but you never say to anyone. This book hits you with the truth no buts or ifs. I recommend it all the time.
