The record in this case discloses that Perry Acree, the appellant, was adjudged insane and admitted as a patient to the Florida
State Hospital for the Insane at Chattahoochee, Florida, on June 15, 1934, and there diagnosed as "chronic alcoholism; suicidal
and homicidal tendencies and dementia praecox." Acree, on December 30, 1936, was discharged from the hospital.
