Defendant-Appellant, Jacob Lee Price, challenges a jury verdict finding him guilty of attempted murder, a class A felony, battery by means of a deadly weapon, a class C felony, and battery resulting in serious bodily injury, a class C felony. Additionally, Price was found to be an habitual offender.
