ORDER This 19th day of October, 1990 plaintiff below appellant, James P. Lennane, having made application pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 42 for an order accepting an appeal from an interlocutory order of the Court of Chancery dated October 11, 1990, and the Court having conducted a hearing on said application and having concluded that the appeal does not meet the criteria of Supreme Court Rule 42 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the application be and the same hereby is, REFUSED.
