Jeffrey C. Davis v. State Delaware

1) Following a jury trial in the Superior Court, the defendant-appellant, Jeffrey C. Davis ("Davis"), was convicted of Rape in the First Degree, Kidnapping in the First Degree, Attempted Robbery in the First Degree, and Assault in the Third Degree.
