Jeffrey W. Fielder v. Julie A. Marcum

(1) This is an appeal by Jeffrey W. Fielder (the "father") from a decision of the Family Court granting custody of the parties two-year old son to the appellee, Julie Marcum Fielder (the "mother"). The father contends that the Family Court erred in giving gender consideration to the mother and abused its discretion in evaluating the best interests of the child.
