Jimbo is a delicious book, and one that should be read by all who long at times to escape from this working-day world into the region of haunting and half-remembered things. Algernon Blackwood was one of the greatest writers of horror and the occult, on a level with King and Lovecraft and maybe, possibly, Gaiman.
