Some recipes cut off. Mostly sauces.
This is a PDF, I guess? And some of the recipes are cut off at the bottom. It's also only approximate amounts in many/most: not for beginners.
One star because the formatting loses actual data. I can't get anything out of three pixels of a line. (I wish I could show a screenshot.) "Serve on a plate and spoon" is one of them.
