Big fan BUT... 🤔

I’m a big fan of Dr. Mercola, read his articles every day, get some of his supplements and have all of his books. I get the wisdom of this book yet it’s too cumbersome to implement. Who has time to clock in every morsel of food into a data base?? For those who like to turn fasting into a science, it’ll be a treasured resource. For those who live busy lives, this may be too much to handle...
