Customer Reviews
I liked it
I read the book on a epilogue recommendation from Brian Tracy. The examples are quite dated, and some of the suggestions I don't agree with (giving your referral sources a cut of the action). While the author doesn't know what "literally" literally means, I'm glad I read it. I did pick up some information I didn't know before, such as feature listing of a product being termed "arguing", and selling before you have qualified a prospect as "begging". Truly changed my views. I gave it 3 stars because I liked it, and I have recommended it to friends.
