Sacrificing the heart
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review and I got to say the story was out of this world good.. It's very captivating and thrilling. I was trying to guess the way the story would go but it kept me guessing which I like because you never knew which way it would go. I am glad it end right.lol. In my opinion at least.
The story is about a Princess named Bennua, who is extremely beautiful and the daughter of a high sultan. Her father has form an alliance through marriage with a man named Quasim, who is also powerful but also a monster. One day a Raid Prince named Zahid, King of the Thieves, came to her city and threatened to raid and take everything. Princess Bennua took heart in order to save her people and city and offered herself up, which he accepted. She knew the sacrifice she was making, but had plans of escaping, only problem was she never planned on falling in love with Zahid, but she did. She has never been out of the city and is seeing and learning new things, in fact she is slowly becoming one of Zahid's group. Will love grow? Is there a future for them? What happens to Quasim?
